MEET MARILYN PFARR

Marilyn Pfarr is the Assistant Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer of First National Bank & Trust Company in Monroe for the last 11 years. Marilyn has lived in Monroe for 16 years and is dedicated to our community. Marilyn previously worked in sales for WEKZ and has worked for an employment agency placing people in key positions. Marilyn understands the needs of small business owners as she herself has been an owner of an office supply business.

Marilyn has served as the campaign chair and president twice for United Way, she is serving as treasurer for the Monroe Arts Foundation and has served as secretary for the Alpine Curling Club. Marilyn is on the Board of Directors for the Monroe Clinic & Hospital Foundation and for Monroe Women's Club does the Community Improvement Projects. Marilyn serves on the Economic Restructure committee and Marketing committee for Monroe Main Street.

Marilyn has been a member of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 16 years and helped re-energize the Monroe Chamber's Ambassador Program and serves as VP on the Chamber Board.

Marilyn is married to Jon Pfarr and they have 2 daughters and 2 sons with 10 grandchildren. In her spare time, Marilyn enjoys golfing and quilting. Marilyn enjoys giving back to the community as it is a great place to live.
